Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Associate to drive our US-based sales initiatives. In this role, you will be the front line of our outbound efforts, reaching out to potential customers across various US time zones to qualify leads and close high-value opportunities. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the resilience required for outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Outbound Calling: Execute high-volume outbound calls to prospective US clients to introduce products/services.
  • Sales Conversion: Deliver compelling pitches, handle complex objections with ease, and close sales.
  • Cross-Functional Feedback: Report on lead flow patterns and market feedback to help optimize sales scripts and outreach strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal English skills with a neutral or US-friendly accent and the ability to build instant rapport.
  • Relevant Experience: 0–2 years of experience in an International BPO or US-facing sales process.
  • Resilience & Drive: A thick skin and a positive attitude; the ability to turn a "no" into a "maybe" and a "maybe" into a "yes."
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency email and text and basic VOIP tools.
  • Nocturnal Commitment: Full availability for permanent night shifts to align with US business hours (EST/CST/PST).

  • Strong negotiation skills and a consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot daily workflow bottlenecks.
