Sales Co-ordinator

As a Co-ordinator, you will monitor GS and AMC services & complaints, plan and execute the jobs, receive customer complaints, monitor OEM portals and allocate the calls to Technicians/Engineers, arrange necessary materials/parts required, follow up for job completion, collect & Check the service reports, close the calls/PM schedule within stipulated time. Send quotes for AMC’s & repair jobs, follow up for orders, send timely billing and payment collection. Generate enquiries and send to Sales Engineer for estimation and quotation, submit the offer to client, follow up, get orders and execute the job, billing and payment collection.
