Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Professionally attend to all incoming customer calls and provide prompt, accurate answers to customer queries regarding products, services, and orders.
• Order Management: Efficiently take customer orders on WhatsApp and process them accurately into our system.
• Sales Coordination: Coordinate the entire sales order processing cycle for the above orders by working closely with the sales team, packing, and logistics.
• Logistics & Shipping: Oversee and coordinate the shipping and delivery process of the above orders to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
• Issue Resolution: Handle customer feedback and issues with a positive attitude, escalating complex problems when necessary.

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00PM
