Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator (Telecaller) to support our sales operations, primarily through telecalling, order follow-ups, and coordination with customers. The role involves regular interaction with clients to ensure smooth order processing and timely follow-ups

Key Responsibilities:

·        Make outbound calls to customers for order follow-up, confirmations, and updates

·        Coordinate with the sales and operations team regarding order status and delivery timelines

·        Maintain and update customer and order details in records/system

·        Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements

·        Address basic customer queries related to products, orders, and delivery

·        Support the sales team in daily coordination and reporting activities

·        Ensure professional and courteous communication with customers at all times
