Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing client communications, preparing proposals, coordinating site visits, tracking leads, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Sales Support

Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents.

Coordinate with technical and operations teams for costing and project details.

Maintain and update CRM with lead and client information.

Track sales targets and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

🔹 Client Coordination

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-ups for the sales team.

Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure timely closure of deals.

Support after-sales coordination with service and installation teams.

🔹 Documentation & Process Management

Prepare sales agreements, work orders, and payment follow-ups.

Ensure proper documentation for new projects and contracts.

Assist in tender submissions and compliance documentation.

Maintain organized records of customer data and project details.

🔹 Lead Management

Follow up on new leads and inquiries.

Coordinate marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.

Ensure timely conversion of prospects into customers.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or inside sales (experience in elevator/construction industry preferred).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
