Job Description

We are a rapidly growing international sales and marketing organisation that has recently expanded into India. With established global markets and a proven sales system, we specialise in customer acquisition, brand growth, and business development for leading clients worldwide. As part of our India launch, we’re building a high-energy sales team from the ground up.

Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be on the front line of our sales operation. This is an entry-level to early-career role designed for ambitious individuals who want to build a long-term career in sales, business development, and leadership. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Engage potential customers through direct interaction, calls, and meetings
  • Present products and services clearly and confidently
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Work closely with senior sales leaders to improve performance

Who We’re Looking For

  • Graduates, freshers, or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is an advantage (not mandatory)
