Sales Development Representative Level II -US Placements & RemoteStaff


We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Sales Development Representative II (SDR-II) with exceptional telecalling skills to join our dynamic sales team for our sister company, Ostaff in the US. The ideal candidate has prior experience in B2B sales, pitching to SMB founders, CEO’s and CXO’s in the US market, and a proven track record of driving staffing services. This role requires a night shift schedule to align with US business hours.. Being a highly responsible position, you will be required periodically to work extended hours. This position will have a fixed salary and commission as an incentive. There is an excellent growth opportunity for candidates to prove themselves and grow into a Leadership role in a few years! 


This role is a stepping stone for becoming a P&L leader for Ostaff US- OStaff


Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate has prior experience in B2B sales, pitching to SMB founders and CEOs in the US market, and a proven track record of driving growth services. This role requires a night shift schedule to align with US business hours.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Outreach:
  • Proactively source and qualify leads through telecalling, email outreach, and online research.
  • Build strong rapport with decision-makers, including SMB founders and CEOs.
  1. Consultative Selling and Pitching:
  • Understand the unique needs of clients and present tailored solutions.
  • Deliver engaging and persuasive sales pitches via phone and virtual meetings.
  1. Pipeline Management and Follow-up:
  • Maintain a consistent and robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Use CRM tools to track and manage leads effectively.
  1. Proposal Development and Negotiations:
  • Create and present professional proposals that meet client expectations.
  • Lead negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
  1. Closing Deals and Client Success:
  • Successfully close deals with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  1. Market Knowledge and Reporting:
  • Stay updated on US market trends, competitor activities, and client industries.
  • Provide detailed sales reports, including metrics and insights, to management


Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of core experience in B2B sales, with a focus on the US market.
  • Proven telecalling expertise with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Experience selling products, services, or growth solutions to SMB founders and CEOs.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with growth services and a deep understanding of SMB challenges.
  • Dynamic personality with a drive for career growth and high-impact outcomes.
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work night shifts to cater to US business hours.


Skills Required:

  • Excellent Communication and Business Development Skills.
  • Prior experience working with technology-focused products or service or diverse industries
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies and targeted outreach techniques.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Track Record of success.


Education: 

  • A college graduate (bachelor’s degree minimum) 
  • Preferred Field: Marketing, English, Arts, or Engineering
