Job Description: Sales Engineer / Account Manager (Electronics)

Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore 

Experience: 1+ Years in Electronic Component Sales or Support

Industry: Semiconductors / Electronic Components / EMS

Role Overview.

We are seeking a driven and technically-minded Sales Engineer / Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and growing our business with EMS providers, ODMs, and design houses.

* Business Development: Identify and penetrate new opportunities within EMS, ODM, and local design companies 

* Design-In Support: Work closely with customer R&D and engineering teams to get our products specified into their new designs (Design-In/Design-Win).

* Account Management: Maintain and grow existing relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

* Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing to position our products effectively.

* Pipeline Management: Manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry and sampling to mass production and lifecycle management.

* Collaboration: Coordinate with internal FAEs (Field Application Engineers) and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery and technical support.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development within the electronics industry.

* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication (ECE), Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

* Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of active/passive components (ICs, Microcontrollers, Connectors, Sensors, etc.) and the PCBA manufacturing process.

* Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and a "hunter" mindset for new business.

* Mobility: Willingness to travel locally to visit customer sites and manufacturing facilities
