Sales Engineer

1. Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories or verticals.
• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare and deliver techno‑commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

2. Technical Expertise:

• Understand customer applications and recommend suitable products/solutions (automation, sensors, PLC/SCADA, instrumentation, electrical systems, etc.).
• Interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications to prepare accurate offers.
• Coordinate with engineering teams for solution design, sizing, and feasibility checks.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPCs, consultants, and end users.
• Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support.
• Address customer queries, objections, and technical clarifications promptly.

4. Commercial & Documentation

• Prepare quotations, compliance statements, and tender documentation.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules within company guidelines.
• Track opportunities using CRM tools and maintain accurate sales forecasts.

5. Cross‑Functional Coordination

• Work closely with operations, procurement, and service teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Provide market feedback to product and management teams for strategic decisions.
