Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Generate new leads, meet or exceed sales targets, and negotiate contracts with contractors, facility managers, and developers.
- Technical Consulting: Analyze client requirements, perform site surveys, and recommend appropriate heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Proposal Generation: Prepare detailed, high-quality technical proposals, quotes, and, in some cases, preliminary design layouts.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining ongoing relationships to foster repeat business.
- Technical Support: Provide pre- and post-sales support, troubleshoot equipment issues, and collaborate with engineering teams forcustom solutions
