Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are hiring a Junior Sales Executive to handle and convert residential home construction leads in North Bangalore.

Your responsibility is to:

• Call and qualify incoming construction leads

• Explain our construction process and how we differ from competitors

• Provide approximate project cost range

• Handle objections and price discussions

• Coordinate and schedule site visits

• Maintain lead tracker and follow-up consistently

• Drive leads to agreement signing stage

This is a performance-driven role focused on lead conversion and revenue support.

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years experience in field sales (real estate / interior / construction preferred)

• Strong Kannada communication (English preferred)

• Comfortable handling client objections

• Comfortable handling high-value home construction enquiries and price discussions

• Comfortable visiting client sites

• Target-driven, disciplined, and consistent with follow-ups

Compensation

• ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 fixed salary

• Performance-based incentive per agreement signed
