* Enquiry management - 

   Responding to enquiries as per requirement, 

   Noting them in excel sheet

   Highlighting important enquiries so that we may follow up aggressively

* Order Management -

    Order should be noted in the sheet with all details

    Check necessary details from client so that events team can perform their task smoothly at party location

* Vendor Management -

    Liaise with partner vendors like Decorator, Game host, tattoo artist, photographer etc. for the services ordered by client

* Marketing etc. -
