 ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a door manufacturing company supplying factory-finished doors with edge banding and premium finishes for apartment and villa projects.

We are looking for experienced field professionals who are comfortable visiting construction sites, engaging with builders, site engineers, and dealers, and identifying projects that are nearing completion (tiles / flooring / finishing stage).

This is not a desk sales role.

This role is for people who enjoy field movement and project-based selling.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 • Visit ongoing apartment & villa projects across Bangalore

 • Identify projects at tiles laying / flooring / finishing stage

 • Connect with builders, site engineers, supervisors, and dealers

 • Introduce DoorJoy’s factory-made doors and finishes

 • Understand door fixing timelines and project requirements

 • Coordinate samples, drawings, pricing, and follow-ups

 • Build long-term relationships for repeat projects

 WHO SHOULD APPLY (IMPORTANT)

You are a good fit if you have:

 • 3–15 years experience in building materials / construction-related sales

 • Prior exposure to tiles, plywood, laminates, hardware, doors, windows, aluminium, glass, paints, or similar products

 • Experience visiting apartment projects and construction sites

 • Confidence to speak with builders and site engineers

 • Willingness to travel across Bangalore for site visits

 Candidates with multi-industry building material exposure are highly preferred.
