Showroom Manager – Retail Operations & Customer Experience

Location: Bangalore (On-site, Full-time)

With over 25 years of craftsmanship, Induscraft creates timeless home and office furniture pieces that reflect quality, authenticity, and comfort. We are expanding our retail presence and are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Showroom Manager to ensure the seamless operation of our Pune showroom.


Role Overview

As the Showroom Manager – Retail Operations & Customer Experience, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the showroom, maintaining visual and service standards, and delivering a premium customer experience aligned with Induscraft’s values. You will coordinate between sales, inventory, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure efficiency and satisfaction at every customer touchpoint.


Key Responsibilities·      

Showroom Operations Management

1.     Supervise day-to-day functioning of the showroom including opening, closing, and cleanliness standards.

2.     Ensure all furniture and décor displays are well-arranged, labelled, and maintained in excellent condition.

3.     Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams for timely stock replenishment and delivery tracking.

4.     Monitor maintenance, housekeeping, lighting, and safety standards.


·       Customer Experience & Service Quality

5.     Ensure every customer receives personalized and professional service.

6.     Address client queries, feedback, and after-sales issues promptly and effectively.

7.     Monitor customer walk-ins, maintain visitor logs, and track conversion rates.

8.     Work closely with the sales team to ensure consistent brand experience and service excellence.


·       Team Coordination & Training

9.     Support and guide showroom staff in following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

10.  Conduct regular product knowledge and service training sessions.

11.  Ensure team members uphold visual merchandising and client engagement standards.

·       Inventory & Reporting

12.  Maintain accurate documentation of orders, deliveries, and damaged goods.

13.  Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports on showroom performance metrics.


·       Process Improvement

14.  Identify bottlenecks in daily operations and suggest process improvements.

15.  Collaborate with management to enhance showroom efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Key Skills & Competencies·

·       Strong organizational and leadership skills.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication.

·       Customer service orientation with attention to detail.

·       Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with retail POS systems.

·       Knowledge of furniture and décor trends preferred.

·       Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.


Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in showroom or store operations, preferably in furniture or interior.
