Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive – Real Estate ( Devanahalli) 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and convert incoming leads through timely client follow-ups, meetings, and negotiations

Ensure mandatory achievement of assigned sales targets within defined timelines

Plan, conduct, and supervise site visits, ensuring a high-quality customer experience

Maintain accurate and updated lead data in CRM, including follow-ups, closures, and pipeline status

Monitor and report the performance of Assistant Managers / Sales Executives, if assigned

Coordinate with channel partners, marketing, and CRM teams to maximize lead conversion

Conduct weekly sales reviews, forecasting, and reporting to senior management

Handle booking documentation, cost sheets, and compliance to ensure smooth closures

Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies

Ensure adherence to company policies, ethics, and real estate regulatory guidelines (RERA)

Compensation & Growth:

CTC: Hike on current CTC (based on experience and performance)
