Salary & Incentives
Fixed CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum
Performance Incentives: 💰 Up to ₹5,00,000 per annum
Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹9,00,000 per year
(Incentives are purely performance-based and uncapped within the structure)
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Bangalore
Meet builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and property owners
Promote and sell elevator / lift solutions
Handle leads, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 0–2 years in sales / field sales / business development
Freshers are welcome with strong communication and sales mindset
Education: Degree/Diploma preferred but not mandatory
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel within Bangalore for field sales

Sales-driven and target-oriented
Confident, presentable, and persuasive
Comfortable with field work and client meetings
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
