Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales System Executive who will be responsible for managing and maintaining the sales process, customer data, and internal sales systems. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth coordination between sales, accounts, and management by maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update the sales system/CRM on a daily basis

Maintain customer details, leads, follow-ups, and sales records

Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and closures

Generate invoices, quotations, and sales documentation

Ensure data accuracy and system compliance

Support management with sales analysis and insights

Handle admin-related sales system tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field

Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting

Good communication and coordination skills

Attention to detail and data accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)

Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and documentation

Basic understanding of sales analytics
