experience. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive who
will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating
leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong client
relationships through effective communication.
Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ü Make
outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services.
ü Handle
inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
ü Generate
and qualify leads through tele calling and follow-ups.
ü Understand
customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
ü Build and
maintain strong relationships with clients over calls.
ü Maintain
accurate records of calls and updates in the CRM system.
ü Follow up
regularly to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
ü Achieve
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Preferred Skills
ü Experience
in tele calling, inside sales, or customer handling roles.
ü Excellent
communication skills in Hindi and English.
ü Strong
convincing and negotiation skills.
ü Ability
to handle pressure and achieve targets.
