Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is perfect for ambitious professionals who are passionate about technology solutions and want to build a rewarding career in B2B software sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Identify and qualify potential clients across healthcare, real estate, hospitality, construction, and other business verticals
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our SaaS solutions
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions from our product portfolio
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Provide product consultation and address client queries effectively
  • Coordinate with technical teams for demos, trials, and implementations
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Accordex Systems products and their features
  • Understand various business verticals and their specific software requirements
  • Participate in product training sessions and sales workshops
