Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused B2C Sales Executives to join our Honda BigWing showroom team. The candidate will be responsible for converting walk-in customers into sales through effective communication, product knowledge, and excellent customer handling.

• Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
• Explain two-wheeler models, specifications, features, and pricing in detail.
• Promote finance, exchange, and insurance options to customers.
• Follow up with potential leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and customer follow-up records.
• Achieve monthly sales and target goals as assigned by management.
• Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth handovers.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Specific Requirements: Experience: 1–3 years in automobile or B2C sales (two-wheeler showroom experience preferred).
• Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
• Languages: Kannada, English, or Hindi (local language is an advantage).
• Skills: Good communication, convincing ability, product knowledge, and basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp follow-up).
• License: Two-wheeler driving license preferred.
• Personality: Energetic, confident, and target-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
