Job Title: Caretaker Hiring & Sales Executive – Home Health Care Services

Job Summary:

The Caretaker Hiring & Sales Executive will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding caretakers and converting inbound and outbound leads into service bookings. This role acts as a bridge between clients, caretakers, and internal operations to ensure timely deployment and high customer satisfaction.

1.Key Responsibilities:

• Caretaker Hiring & DeploymentSource, screen, and interview caretakers (male/female) for patient and elder care services.
• Verify documents including ID proof, experience certificates, references, and background checks.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and compliance as per company policy.
• Ensure timely caretaker deployment as per client requirements.
• Handle caretaker availability, replacements, absconding cases, and escalations.

2.Sales & Client Handling:

• Handle incoming leads and make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Understand patient requirements and recommend suitable care plans/services.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed service orders and meet monthly sales targets.
• Explain pricing, service scope, duration, and company policies clearly to clients.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service initiation.

3. Customer & Caretaker Coordination

• Act as the first point of contact post-deployment.
• Handle client feedback, complaints, and service-related escalations.
• Ensure timely payment follow-ups and collections.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain records of caretaker hiring, deployment status, and client data.
• Update CRM/lead management systems regularly.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, hiring, and service performance.
• Collect positive customer feedback and Google reviews.

Languages to be Know: Marathi, Hindi

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills (local language preferred).
• Experience in sales, recruitment, or home health care services is an advantage.
• Ability to handle pressure, targets, and multiple priorities.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, Email).

Qualification & Experience Minimum qualification: Any graduate / 12th pass (Graduation preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in home health care, staffing, sales, or recruitment preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
