Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, competitive, and trustworthy Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and assess their needs.
• Actively generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media.
• Present and explain company products and services to prospective customers via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Maintain adequate product knowledge and ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing and terms, close sales deals, and handle customer objections or complaints effectively.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales performance and overall results.
• Collect customer and prospect feedback and share insights with internal stakeholders.

Requirements & Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Comfortable with outbound sales activities and target-driven environments.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Prior experience in sales is preferred, but enthusiastic freshers may also apply.
