Job Description
As a Sales Executive at Kinetic Age, you will be at the heart of our growth engine. Working from
our office, you will be responsible for calling prospective customer leads, understanding their
needs, and converting them into trial bookings. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where
you will directly impact Kinetic Age’s customer pipeline on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
●
Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to prospective customer leads from the
provided database.
●
Book a minimum of 5 product trials per day through effective phone-based selling and
persuasion.
●
Clearly communicate Kinetic Age’s value proposition, product features, and benefits to
prospective customers over the phone.
●
Qualify leads, handle objections, and guide prospects through the trial sign-up process.
●
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, lead status, and trial bookings in the
CRM.
●
Follow up with warm leads and pending prospects to maximize conversion rates.
●
Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure smooth handoff of booked trials for in-home
visits.
●
Provide daily reports on call volumes, trial bookings, and conversion metrics.
●
Share customer feedback and market insights with the product and marketing teams.

Requirements
●
Experience:
Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales, telesales, or inside sales.
●
Healthcare Background (Preferred):
Candidates with prior experience in healthcare,
wellness, or health-tech industries will be given preference.
●
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; proficiency in local language(s) is
a plus.
●
Strong phone etiquette and ability to build rapport with prospects over calls.
●
Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
●
Ability to handle high call volumes (100+ calls/day) with consistency and energy.
●
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
●
Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
