Job Title: Remote Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview:


As a Remote Inside Sales Representative at TotinShot, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, turning interest into bookings and long-term relationships. You’ll work primarily remotely, managing inbound leads and outbound outreach, with initial in-office training and ongoing collaboration with the team. You’ll support customers through the discovery process, tailor offerings to their needs, and help them choose the best photography solutions. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat. 
  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads — identify customer needs and deliver solutions. 
  • Proactively follow up on warm leads and generate new sales opportunities. 
  • Present and explain photography packages, services, and pricing in a professional way. 
  • Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets. 
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and customer details in CRM. 
  • Collaborate with the team to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction. 
  • Attend in-office training and periodic team meetings.


Who We’re Looking ForMust-Have:


  • Fluent in English — excellent spoken and written communication. 
  • Strong sales aptitude with customer-oriented approach. 
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently while staying accountable to targets. 
  • Tech-savvy — able to use CRM tools, email, WhatsApp, video calls, etc. 
  • Positive, resilient, and coachable mindset. 


Preferred / Bonus:


  • Conversational Kannada (very helpful, but not mandatory).
  • Prior sales experience (especially inside or customer service sales). 
  • Familiarity with photography services or products.
  • Qualifications1+ year of proven sales experience (preferred but not required — motivated beginners with strong communication are welcome)
  • Comfortable handling calls, chats, and virtual meetings. 
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present suitable offerings.
