Job Description
Job Summary:
C2D is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. The role involves interacting with potential clients, understanding their interior design requirements, presenting solutions, and converting leads into successful projects.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, referrals, and networking.
- Meet with potential clients to understand their interior design requirements.
- Present company design services, solutions, and project proposals.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and project estimates with clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions when required.
- Required Skills : & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Basic knowledge of interior design services and project processes is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a strong target-driven approach.
- Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in interior design or home interior sales.
- Strong network in real estate, builders, or property consultants.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
