 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Inside Sales focusing on Microsoft & Cyber Security offerings, located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales professional will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer satisfaction, and fostering strong communication with clients. Additionally, the role involves understanding customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and support.

 Qualifications

Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction

Relevant experience in the technology sector, especially in Microsoft and Cyber Security products

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Communications or related field is preferred
