💼 Job Overview- We are urgently hiring a Sales Executive for our travel division. The role involves selling tour packages, handling client requirements, coordinating bookings, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the travel lifecycle.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and design end-to-end travel itineraries for group and private tours
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and local guides
• Negotiate rates with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing
• Manage bookings, reservations, tickets, and vouchers using booking software
• Act as the primary point of contact for travelers before, during, and after trips
• Assist clients with travel requirements such as visas, passports, and customs
• Handle customer queries, issues, and complaints professionally
• Track budgets, invoices, payments, and refunds accurately
• Support marketing and sales efforts for tour packages

✅ Eligibility & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience (mandatory)
• Sales Background: Sales experience required
• Education: Graduate preferred
• Skills:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Customer handling and communication skills
• Basic computer and booking system knowledge
• Ability to multitask and meet targets
