Job Description

Vagmine Water Homes Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell pre-launch residential projects including premium Apartments and Villas. The role requires proactive lead generation, customer engagement, site visit coordination, and closing high-value property deals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, channel partners, and cold calling.
  • Sell pre-launch residential projects – Apartments & Villas.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and regular follow-ups with prospects.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close bookings in coordination with sales managers.
  • Provide regular sales performance and market feedback reports.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor projects, and company offerings.
  • Ensure smooth booking, documentation, and handover process.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confident presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
  • Customer-focused with excellent follow-up discipline.
  • Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, Word, CRM tools.

Graduate in any discipline.

  • 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Pre-launch projects preferred).
  • Freshers with strong passion for sales are welcome.
