Job Description


We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive (Male) to join our sales team, responsible for both inside sales and field sales. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, passionate about sales, and capable of handling inquiries, converting leads, and building long-term relationships with customers. The role involves managing customer inquiries from the office (inside sales) and being ready to visit clients for discussions (field sales) whenever required. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hybrid role, balancing office work and client visits.


Key Responsibilities


Inside Sales:

• Manage incoming customer inquiries (calls, emails, etc.) and ensure timely response.

• Prepare and send quotations, follow up with potential customers, and negotiate terms.

• Regularly update CRM (Zoho) with customer interactions, leads, and follow-up details.

• Coordinate with the production and technical teams to ensure on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.


Field Sales:

• Be ready to travel for client meetings and discussions with minimal notice.

• Attend customer meetings, present our products, understand customer requirements, and offer appropriate solutions.

• Follow up with field prospects, convert leads into orders, and close deals.

• Coordinate with customers during the project execution phase to ensure smooth communication and resolve any issues promptly.

• Represent the company at various events, exhibitions, and client visits.
