About the Company

Naomikka Lifestyle is a growing construction and lifestyle brand focused on modern design, quality, and customer satisfaction. We’re looking for an energetic Sales Executive to join our team and drive customer engagement, inquiries, and conversions for our residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads, calls, and walk-in clients professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable project options.
• Conduct site visits and explain project details to potential customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to close deals.
• Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for lead updates and promotional activities.
• Maintain and update daily sales reports (leads, calls, visits, and conversions).
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate / construction / interior / lifestyle sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and WhatsApp/lead tracking platforms.
