Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential/existing customers to promote products/services.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information.
• Explain the features and benefits of the company's products/services in a clear and concise manner.
• Address customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on leads and maintain an organized database of customer interactions.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.
• Report customer feedback and provide insights to help improve services and processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations during customer interactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Strong communication skills (fluency in English and local languages preferred).
• Ability to engage in active listening and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software) and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain resilience in high-volume call environments.

Additional Requirements:

• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
• Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
