1. Role Overview

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth through direct market engagement, territory-based prospecting, client relationship building, and sales conversion. This is a high-activity, target-driven role requiring strong communication skills, resilience, and self-discipline.

The role primarily involves fieldwork, customer interaction, and site visit coordination.

2. Key Role Objectives

The Field Sales Executive is expected to:

3. Detailed Responsibilities

3.1 Lead Generation & Market Prospecting

• Conduct daily field visits in assigned territories

• Identify potential customers through:

o Door-to-door visits

o Cold prospecting

o References

o Local networking

• Generate leads from:

o Residential areas

o Commercial hubs

o Business establishments

• Develop referral channels

• Build long-term local visibility


3.2 Client Engagement & Needs Analysis

• Initiate conversations with prospective buyers

• Understand client requirements:

o Budget

o Preferred location

o Property type

o Purpose (investment/self-use)

o Purchase timeline

• Provide accurate project information

• Build credibility and trust


3.3 Property Presentation & Demonstration

• Present project features confidently

• Highlight benefits, not just specifications

• Address objections professionally

• Position property as a solution


3.4 Site Visit Coordination

• Schedule client visits

• Assist clients with directions/logistics

• Conduct professional site tours

• Explain pricing, amenities, payment plans


3.5 Sales Conversion & Negotiation

• Follow structured follow-up processes

• Handle pricing discussions within policy

• Support closure processes

• Coordinate booking/documentation


3.6 Relationship & Referral Development

• Maintain customer relationships

• Encourage referrals

• Build repeat business opportunities


3.7 Reporting & CRM Discipline

• Maintain accurate lead records

• Update CRM daily

• Submit sales activity reports

• Track pipeline progress
