We are currently looking to hire a Client Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in helping us grow our business and maintain excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into sales.

• Explain the company's advisory services and investment products to prospects.

• Follow-up with the client and maintain CRM as per company's guideline.

• Manage valued clients with dedication and ensure their satisfaction.

• Effectively handle client retention with strong convincing skills.

• Build and maintain strong client relationship to ensure recurring business.

• Assist in developing new marketing strategies.

• Build and nurture business relationship.

• Collaborate with management to set and achieve sales goals.

• Assist with marketing and promotional projects.

• Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree.

• Flexibility and adaptability.

• Fluency in English and proficiency in any regional language.

Job Details:

• Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Working days: 5 days a week

Salary: Fixed up to 3 LPA (based on interview performance it may vary)

Incentives upto 50k based on performance

• Bonus: 10,000 - 15,000 based on monthly performance)
