Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Head to lead and manage sales operations across both North and South regions of India. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, proven sales expertise, and a consistent track record of target achievement. This role requires strategic planning, team management, regional market expansion, and revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead and oversee sales operations for both North and South India regions.

·        Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.

·        Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams across multiple locations.

·        Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement and overachievement of revenue goals.

·        Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.

·        Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and market expansion strategies.

·        Strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

·        Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to drive informed decisions.

·        Coordinate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams for smooth execution.

·        Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management.

·        Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 8–12 years of sales experience, with at least 4–6 years in a leadership role

Proven experience in handling North and South India sales operations

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets

Experience in team handling, hiring, and performance management

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred),
