Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our real estate sales division. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven success in managing large real estate sales teams (50+ members), achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth. The Sales Head will have full ownership to build, train, and lead their own sales team to deliver exceptional results and expand the company’s market presence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Hire, build, and manage a high-performing sales team (minimum 50 members) comprising sales executives, team leaders, and managers.
  • Set clear sales targets and monitor performance to ensure consistent achievement.
  • Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to enhance team productivity and morale.
  • Manage end-to-end sales operations, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and client networks.
  • Prepare and present periodic performance and market analysis reports to management.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead of the market.
  • Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience with proven success in handling a team of at least 50 members.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build and scale teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven professional.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate sales processes, project marketing, and documentation.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Successful hiring and retention of qualified sales professionals.
  • Team productivity and conversion rates.
  • Revenue growth and profitability.
