Job Description

Job Summary:The Sales Head will lead and manage the entire sales function for the organization’s real estate projects. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, achieving revenue targets, building a high-performance sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to drive sales excellence through strategy and execution.

  • Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy & PlanningFormulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company’s business goals.
  • Set monthly and annual sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
  • Develop pricing, inventory release, and promotional plans in coordination with management.
  • Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and emerging market trends.
  • 2. Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver performance excellence.
  • Define KPIs, monitor team performance, and ensure accountability.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and performance appraisals.
  • 3. Revenue & Business GrowthDrive revenue generation for all residential/commercial projects.
  • Monitor conversion ratios and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Achieve consistent growth in bookings and collections.
  • 4. Channel Partner & Broker NetworkBuild and manage strong relationships with channel partners and brokers.
  • Conduct regular engagement programs, updates, and incentive schemes.
  • Track and analyze partner performance for continuous improvement.
  • 5. Customer Relationship ManagementEnsure high-quality customer service and relationship management.
  • Handle escalations, negotiations, and closure of premium deals.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle from inquiry to possession handover.
  • 6. Coordination & Cross-Functional AlignmentWork closely with Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Legal departments for smooth operations.
  • Align sales campaigns with marketing activities and digital lead generation.
  • Coordinate with the project and site teams for regular status updates.
  • 7. Market Research & MIS ReportingAnalyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review.
  • Use CRM and data analytics tools to track and improve sales performance.
  • 8. Compliance & DocumentationEnsure adherence to RERA and company’s internal compliance policies.
  • Oversee proper documentation, agreement preparation, and payment follow-ups.
