Job Description
New HNI identification to invest in serviced apartment build out on a empty plot with ticket size of 4 crores at least.
· Identify HNI who wants to invest in real estate for high passive income
· Convince investors to invest in a plot and building serviced apartment which gives high passive rental income
· Identify land to help the HNI to buy and invest as per the defined criteria within 3km from any office locations
