Sales Manager

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for attracting and enrolling students into our EdTech programs. This role is fully remote and focused on consultative sales — helping potential students choose the right learning path and guiding them from first contact to enrollment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with incoming leads (calls, chats, messengers)
• Consult prospective students about ITKEDU programs and career paths
• Understand student goals and match them with suitable courses
• Manage the full sales cycle: first contact → consultation → enrollment
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets
• Work closely with marketing and admissions teams
• Requirements1+ year of experience in sales, admissions, or customer consulting (EdTech experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in English
• Ability to build trust and explain complex products clearly
• Goal-oriented mindset and strong self-discipline (remote work)
• Basic CRM and digital tools proficiency
• Nice to HaveExperience selling online courses or education services
• Understanding of IT careers or training programs
• Experience working with Indian students or international EdTech companies
