Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales

Manager & Sales Head to drive residential sales, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role involves handling walk-ins, site visits, channel partners, and closing deals while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Drive sales for residential projects and achieve monthly and quarterly targets

·        Handle customer inquiries, walk-ins, and site visits professionally

·        Lead negotiations and close deals in line with company policies

·        Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and legal teams for smooth closures

·        Manage and support channel partners and brokers

·        Maintain accurate sales reports and customer data

·        Build long-term relationships with customers and investors

Eligibility &

Requirements:

·        0–15 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred)

·        Strong communication and negotiation skills

·        Target-driven and customer-focused approach

·        Ability to work independently and in a team

·        Graduation/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
