Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the real estate sales team
- Handle end-to-end sales operations including client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and team performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers
- Guide the team on customer requirement analysis and property matching
- Ensure proper follow-up, CRM updates, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan assistance, legal, and registration support
- Train, motivate, and monitor team performance
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in real estate sales
- 2+ years in a team handling/manager role
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Team handling and leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of residential real estate in East Bangalore
- Customer-centric and target-oriented approach
