Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations for Boroka Beverages. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to the FMCG liquor/beverage segment, with hands-on experience in distributor management, market expansion, and team leadership.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDrive primary and secondary sales across assigned territories
• Manage and expand distributor, dealer, and retailer networks
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Execute trade marketing activities, promotions, and market activations
• Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and review KPIs
• Identify new markets, channels, and growth opportunities
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for effective execution
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics in the liquor FMCG space
• Ensure timely collections and compliance with company policies
• Qualifications & RequirementsAny graduate degree
• 5–10 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG beverages, preferably with liquor industry exposure
• Strong understanding of liquor FMCG distribution, excise norms, and route-to-market models
• Proven experience in distributor and channel management
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Willingness to travel extensively
