Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients through regular calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand requirements and offer suitable media, branding, or marketing solutions.
• Work towards achieving monthly revenue and client retention targets.
• Update and manage client information in the CRM system accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, creative, and operations) for project execution.
• Handle client feedback and ensure timely resolution of queries or issues.
• Prepare and present performance and follow-up reports to management.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold the company’s brand image during all client interactions.
