Job Description:

We are hiring energetic and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Executives for a single-location, office-based role in Vasungodi, Bangalore. The role focuses on promoting products/services, handling customer interactions, and generating sales without any field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote products/services from the office location
• Interact with customers through calls, walk-ins, or internal leads
• Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly
• Convert inquiries into sales
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain basic sales records and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Age criteria: 18 to 25 years only
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn sales and marketing techniques
• Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude

Salary & Incentives:

• ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 fixed salary per month
• Average incentives up to ₹15,000 per month (performance-based)
