Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Bengaluru. The specialist will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, handling customer service inquiries, managing sales processes, conducting training sessions for staff, and assisting in sales management initiatives. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and contributing to overall business growth.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members

Sales expertise, including identifying leads, closing deals, and maintaining relationships

Skills in Training and providing guidance to team members for professional growth

Experience in Sales Management to oversee and enhance team performance and strategies

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Proven ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively with a diverse team

Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software is desirable
