Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling site visits, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
• Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers
• Arrange and conduct site visits for prospects
• Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings
• Coordinate with CRM and presales teams for lead management
• Maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Keep records of client interactions and sales progress

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong communication skills in English (additional local languages preferred)
• Good negotiation and closing skills
• Willingness to travel for site visits
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential real estate projects
• Understanding of RERA guidelines
• Local market knowledge
