🎯 Job Summary

We are hiring a result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who will handle both Property Sales (Buy/Sell/Rent) and Home Loan Lead Generation & Conversion.

The role requires strong coordination between buyers, sellers, builders, and banks/NBFCs to ensure smooth property transactions along with loan disbursement.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Property Sales Responsibilities

Generate leads for:

Buy / Sell / Resale / Rent / PG properties

Handle enquiries from:

Meta Ads, Website, WhatsApp

Conduct property site visits & client meetings

Close property deals (resale + builder projects)

Onboard new property listings (owners & builders)

Promote Zero Brokerage model of Flat4sale

🔹 Home Loan Responsibilities (CORE KPI):

⭐ Very Important Role Component

Generate Home Loan leads from:

Property buyers

External referrals

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing

Collect & verify customer documents

Follow up for:

Login → Sanction → Disbursement

Convert property enquiries into loan opportunities

Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets

Cross-sell Home Loans to all registered buyers

🔹 Marketing Responsibilities:

Execute digital campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads)

Promote:

Property listings

Home loan offers

Coordinate ad creatives (carousels, reels, banners)

Handle social media promotions

Optimize campaigns for lead generation

🔹 Field Sales & Builder Engagement

Visit builders to:

Onboard projects

Generate bulk buyer leads

Conduct property presentations

Build partnerships with developers

Attend property exhibitions & events

🔹 CRM & Lead Management (MANDATORY)

Update all leads in Bitrix24 CRM

Maintain:

Call feedback

Follow-up dates

Track:

Property deals

Loan conversion pipeline

Ensure no lead leakage

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline

1–3 years experience in:

Real Estate / Home Loans / Sales

Freshers with strong sales mindset can apply

💡 Key Skills Required:

Strong sales & closing ability

Knowledge of Home Loan process (must preferred)

Communication & negotiation skills

Digital marketing basics

CRM handling (Bitrix24 preferred)

Knowledge of Bangalore micro-markets

💰 Salary & Incentive Structure:

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
