Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify, pursue, and acquire new corporate clients (SMEs, large enterprises, and MNCs) through networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital platforms.
• Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with HR, Admin, and Procurement decision-makers. Act as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Strategy & Business Development
Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute strategies tailored for the corporate market. Explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities across multiple service lines.
• Proposals & Presentations
Prepare and deliver persuasive, customized sales pitches, proposals, and presentations showcasing the value of our fleet and services.
• Contract Negotiation & Closures
Lead client negotiations to finalize contracts with mutually beneficial terms, ensuring compliance with company policies and profitability targets.
• Market & Competitor Analysis
Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and operational excellence.
• Reporting & Sales Performance
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline progress, and sales performance using CRM software. Provide regular updates and forecasts to management.
• Networking & Representation
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence.
