Job Description
- Generate leads through telecalling, references, digital marketing, and field visits
- Contact potential customers and explain project details clearly
- Fix appointments and arrange site visits
- Accompany clients to property sites and explain project highlights
- Explain legal documents such as Sale Agreement, DC Conversion, RERA details, etc.
- Follow up regularly with interested clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Maintain customer database and sales records
- Coordinate with legal and documentation team for booking and registration
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
