Job Title: Copier Sales Representative (About the company www.resmax.in)
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on selling and leasing high-end multifunctional printers (MFPs), copiers, and office automation software. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, maintaining existing client relationships, and providing tailored document solutions that improve client productivity and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media.
- Solution Selling & Demos: Understand client workflows, conduct on-site demonstrations of copiers/printers, and propose customized hardware and software solutions.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation, contract signing, and closing deals.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business, referrals, and high customer satisfaction.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for hardware, software, and service contracts.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with service/technical teams to ensure smooth installation and client training.
- Reporting: Utilize CRM software to update sales records, manage pipelines, and provide forecasts to management.
