Job Description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell RF Shield Boxes and RF Chambers. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, technical discussions, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region
  • Promote RF Shield Boxes, RF Chambers, and related testing solutions
  • Visit OEMs, R&D centers, EMS companies, telecom companies, and manufacturing units
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online platforms
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals
  • Coordinate with technical and production teams for project execution
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Track competitor activities and market trends


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electronics, ECE, EEE, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical sales (preferably RF/EMI/EMC/Test & Measurement industry)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in selling RF Test Equipment / EMI-EMC Products / Industrial Equipment
  • Good network with telecom, electronics manufacturing, or R&D companies
  • Self-motivated and target-driven personality
