Job Description
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell RF Shield Boxes and RF Chambers. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, technical discussions, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region
- Promote RF Shield Boxes, RF Chambers, and related testing solutions
- Visit OEMs, R&D centers, EMS companies, telecom companies, and manufacturing units
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online platforms
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals
- Coordinate with technical and production teams for project execution
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure repeat business
- Track competitor activities and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electronics, ECE, EEE, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in technical sales (preferably RF/EMI/EMC/Test & Measurement industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in selling RF Test Equipment / EMI-EMC Products / Industrial Equipment
- Good network with telecom, electronics manufacturing, or R&D companies
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality
